95 Munich Lager
A Munich Dunkel by style, 95 is a low alcohol, easy drinking dark German lager with a toasty, bread-like aroma and smooth dry finish.
Our first all grain recipe from our homebrew days, this beer has been a longtime favorite and makes it’s return just in time for Fall, 2018.
Named in homage of the historical Martin Luther, our Brewmaster says, “Luther had 95 problems, but thank God beer wasn’t one.”
95 PROBLEMS, BUT A BEER AIN’T ONE
Available starting in September through the Fall, 2018.

Martin Luther is credited for making waves in church history by nailing his 95 Theses to the church, but his wife — Katharina Von Bora (or “Rebel Kate” as we like to call her) is perhaps most famously known for brewing her own beer.
Five hundred years ago, when Bavarian lawmakers issued the Reinheitsgebot (literally “purity order”), only water, malt and hops could be used in brewing. At the time, the role of yeast was not well understood.
We’ve brewed and bottled a beer called 95 Munich Lager to celebrate our Anniversary this October. It’s a style we’ve always loved, but it’s particularly suited for Fall because of its rich color and smooth, easy-drinking flavor profile.
