Bourbon Barrel-Aged Providence

Keeping Series Release

9.4% ABV

Small batch, limited release, and crafted with patience. Giving in to mystery can yield great gifts. Celebrate this series as a rare moment when it meets you in the bottle or on draft.

BEER STORY

We couldn’t resist wondering what Providence (our Belgian Tripel) would do in a bourbon barrel. And if you ask our CEO/Cofounder Spencer Nix, “the results taste like accomplishment.”

Aged in bourbon barrels for over a year then blended for a balanced oak and bourbon finish, Barrel Aged Providence begins slightly tart with a subtle but present caramel sweetness. A touch of funk from Brettanomyces gives this a unique and complex character.
