This hazy used flaked white wheat and less oats. Our brewer's are testing out a new yeast called "Cosmic Punch." Looking for fruit forward tropical notes, sometimes vibrant guava and passionfruit. This IPA used El Dorado, Cashmere, Nelson, and Mosaic for late additions and dry hopping.
