Created on a whim, we’re celebrating the wit of invention with this beer. A wheat beer made with Prickly Pear nectar, Lark is the second beer in our Adventure Release series. Juicy and crisp with hints of melon, Lark is 4.8% ABV brewed with belgian yeast and blended with prickly pear nectar after fermentation. With a dry finish and notes of mixed-berry preserves, Lark pairs well with lighter dishes and fresh seasonal desserts.
