What if I’m purchasing a gift? If you selected the “Gift Membership” options at checkout, we will contact you within 5-7 business days to confirm your gift purchase. You can also reach out to marketing@reformationbrewery.com to confirm your gift. We will need their email address and phone number to issue their full membership benefits.

I’m renewing, how do I reserve my spot? Memberships are limited to 100 spots each year, and reserved on a first come first served basis. Existing members get first right of refusal and the chance to reserve their spot ahead of the public. Keep an eye on emails and texts from us for updates.
What if I want to change my number? New Members should choose your Membership number carefully at checkout. Once purchased, the number you selected is yours for the year (no changes permitted). Existing Members should wait to renew until after memberships open to the public to change their number.
What number did I get? Select the number you want at checkout from the list. Your purchase claims that Member ID number. Once purchased – that number is no longer available. Your digital ID card showing your Member ID number will be issued once memberships are closed. You should have a confirmation email from after checkout. Please refer to your receipt.

When does membership start, and when do I get my stuff? Your 2026 Letterman Membership starts in January of next year. Your 20oz house mug lives at our Woodstock venue throughout the year, and is available starting January 5th (or sooner, pending shipping times). Swag including jackets for new members, and an annual hat/tshirt will arrive seperately.
When does my jacket show up (new members only)? Jackets are ordered at the close of New Memberships each year, typically around November/December of the current year. Most often jackets arrive no later than March of the following year. You will be alerted to pickup your jacket from our Woodstock location when they arrive using the contact details entered at checkout.
How do I get my member benefits? Sign up for messages from us either on our website, or in person with help from a staff member (ask your beertender for assistance). We will contact you using the email/phone number entered at checkout. If you are not signed up to receive messages from us, you will not receive information about your benefits.
When do I get my digital ID/discount card? We issue digital ID cards to members at the close of memberships for the year, which typically occurs around November or December of the current year. If you have not received your ID card via email or text by January 5th, please contact us at marketing {at} reformationbrewery {dot} com.
