All rentals include:
– Rental time: Includes a 30-60 minute pre and post access for setup and breakdown.
– Caterer or food vendor information must be provided
– No outside alcohol is permitted, but any non alcoholic beverage is allowed
– Decorations, flowers, etc permitted but must be removed/cleaned at end of event
– Live Music/DJ for private event rentals are in addition to rental fees and are subject to other venue/development events.
– Beer packages are in addition to rental fees.
– Your date will be reserved exclusively for you upon the receipt of a signed Rental Agreement and 20% deposit (non refundable). The balance will be due on the date of the event.
