WDSTK Pale Ale

4.8% ABV

Notes

Grits Pale Ale

This light, crisp, and crushable grits ale is an easy drinking, flavorful option that pairs well with a wide range of dishes and downtown experiences. Crafted with a portion of grits in the recipe, this pale ale also features late additions of Mosaic and Azacca hops.

Story

Our Woodstock neighbors came together to craft this unique offering for our community, which was pioneered with the help of local businesses who convened over the last year for brainstorming and tasting sessions at Reformation Brewery’s newly opened R&D brewhouse.

Local Flavor

This Woodstock made collaboration is inspired by Southern plates and city pastimes in downtown Woodstock and appeals to those looking for simple, uncomplicated drinking with local flavor, and is equally at home beside BBQ, burgers, wings and pizza, as alongside farm to table cuisine.
